What does "Unlimited" really mean?
With a Unlimited Support monthly subscription, you can request as many tasks as you’d like and our team will work on the requests in your queue every business day. If we don’t get it right the first time, then no sweat — revisions are unlimited too. You’re limited in the speed of the requests – as we’re still powered by humans, and not magic AI design robots. We handle one task at a time in the order you put up. Need your output faster? Subscriptions stack, so reach out to your Solutions Manager and we'll up the capacity.
What is the turnaround time?
On average, you receive the first concept or next revision in 1-3 business days. Growth users benefit from real-time communication with their Solutions Manager. The complexity of your request and/or the number of active requests currently in your queue may affect delivery times. Standard tasks from our a la carte list fit within the 1-3 business day turnaround time.
Who owns the creative work?
You do! All of our work is customized for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you – which come in the native Adobe formats, JPG, PNG and Adobe PDF format. Should we require any (premium) 3rd party solutions like plugins for your WordPress platform, we'll share any license from our library where legally possible, or request that you purchase your own to hold on to the ownership.
What's the difference between a la carte tasks and custom requests?
We focus heavily on standardising output, so we can deliver on requests as fast as possible. Any standardised task gets added to our a la carte list. Any custom requests will be broken down into tasks by the team. Each task will likely still take 1-3 business days in turnover time.
How many revisions can I make?
You get as many revisions as you need! Just remember, each revision will be treated as a new creative request and may affect the delivery timelines of other pending/active requests.
What if I need something custom, fast?
Custom and fast would mean multiple tasks in a short timeframe. Not a problem! In this case you'll get a custom quote from us. If you prefer not spend more than you already do on your subscription, you can simple have the tasks added to your queue in order and the team will execute on those accordingly.
What platforms are supported?
Our business started off as a custom WordPress development agency. A lot of WordPress and WooCommerce related requests can be handled by our team. In the mean time we added 50+ platforms to those skillsets. From Google tools like Analytics and Tag Manager, to landing page builders like Unbounce. All creative output is set up with Adobe solutions. Automations we usually handle with Zapier, connecting your data to platforms like Monday.com and many others.
